Para iniciar a missão, vá até o barco de ellaria e viaje para "Lyedel", encontre o npc Earl, localizado na loja de comida em Lyedel.
Segue mapa abaixo da localização dele:
Fale com ele sobre a quest:

Player: Hi
Earl: Hey there, Player. What brings you here?
Player: Quest
Earl: I don't know how they get up here, but the boars have
been killing my chickens again. Please, help me with the problem and
kill at least 50 of them.
Ele vai pedir para que você mate 50 Boars, pois eles estão matando as galinhas do Earl.
Agora vá para esquerda da cidade Lyedel que você vai encontrar o respawn de Boars, mate 50 e volte até o Npc Earl e fale com ele sobre a quest novamente:

Player: Hi
Earl: Hey there, Player. What brings you here?
Player: Quest
Earl: Nice, you have helped me a lot! However, that is not everything. Let me know if you have time to help me more.
Player: Quest
Earl: A disease has been making my chickens ill, and the
only person who I know can make an antidote for this disease is Arthur.
Please, go ask him if he could give me some of it.
Agora, vá visitar o Npc Arthur, localizado na loja de potion, em Gulshan Village.
Chegando lá, fale com ele sobre a quest:

Player: Hi
Arthur: Hello, wanderer!
Player: Antidote
Arthur: An antidote mixture for Earl? I know exactly what he needs. However, to produce new ones I need you to bring me 20 sugar beets.
Ele vai pedir 20 sugar beets para o antídoto, sendo assim, compre ou colhete as sugar beets, você pode saber mais como coletar esse recurso na guia "Brewing & Gathering"
Após conseguir as sugar beets, leve até o Npc Arthur e fale sobre a quest:

Player: Hi
Arthur: Hello, wanderer!
Player: Antidote
Arthur: Great! Here, take the antidote.
Boaa!! Agora você precisará voltar até o Npc Earl em Lyedel para entregar o antídoto.
Chegando lá fale com ele sobre o antídoto:

Player: Hi
Arthur: Hey there, Player. What brings you here?
Player: Antidote
Arthur: Ah, the antidote! Now the citizens of Lyedel will get great chicken meat again. Here, take this old key and money as a reward.
